5 Rules for Testifying on Cross Examination

If your case is one of the few controversies that makes to an evidentiary hearing or a full trial, there will be an emphasis on preparing for the presentation of your case. One of my clients’ number one questions when we are preparing to tell our story to the Court or Jury is “what happens during cross examination?” It is also one of the biggest stress points for attorneys at they prepare and anticipate what could be harmful to a case.
